Taking place from 3 to 5 June 2027 in Dakar, Senegal, AT EXPO AFRICA 2027 is the first African platform dedicated to improving access to and the use of assistive technology by showcasing products, services, and innovations from across the continent, while also welcoming international companies and stakeholders across three days of events.
AT EXPO AFRICA aims for broad public engagement, bringing together assistive technology users, civil society including organizations of persons with disabilities (OPDs), with clinicians, service providers, manufacturers, and innovators, alongside governments, regional bodies, UN agencies, and strategic donors to find innovative solutions for removing barriers and promoting lasting inclusion.
As the first edition of a long-term initiative, the event aims to establish a sustainable exchange platform that will take place every two years in different countries across Africa, fostering collaboration, partnerships, and knowledge-sharing.
